Carly Rae

Carly Rae Jepsen, born in Mission British Columbia Canada on 21 November 1985. When Carly Rae was in highschool she had already appeared in talent shows in the area she lived in. After she graduated high school in 2007, she enrolled in the Canadian College of Performing Arts was her next stop. She auditioned in 2007 for Canadian Idol's fifth season and was able to make it to the top 3. After the show she released her debut album Tug of War in 2008. The album was a success reaching the top spot at #6 in the Canadian Albums chart. In 2012, she dropped her sophomore studio album Kiss which produced the smash hit Call Me Maybe. It reached the charts of 18 countries, and was sold to more than fifteen million copies. Since then, she has released three albums, won several awards, and was nominated twice for Grammys. Carly Rae Jepsen's career in music has brought her a lot of wealth. She is estimated to have a value of 15 million dollars and earns $5 million a year from her music tour as well as endorsements.
